EMC is a science subject which studies how electric appliance or system can work together without causing performance declass within limited space, limited time, limited frequency spectrum resource. To speak simply, electronic-magnetic interference emission from qualified electric appliance or system should be in accordance with standard (less than a value), meanwhile the capability to resist electronic-magnetic interference should also accord to standard (higher than a value). Electronic-magnetic interference emission is by 2 ways: space emission; power cord emission in electricity network which pollutes the power network.
